** I stated in our meeting that I would include the QR codes in this upload but in order to keep this information private to our group, please ask your director for the QR code or link in order to join the Band App to receive regular updates on the trip.

Finally, we ask that all students and chaperones register by September 15.  (The registration site says you have until the 30th but as discussed, we would like to secure flights ASAP and the earlier date is very helpful.)  If you need extra time to make the decision, please let your director know so we can consider this in our planning.   It's going to be an amazing trip.  Thank you for your support.
