Registration Information

*** AS OF JULY 2025, D11 WILL NOT BE CHARGING FOR ATHLETIC SPORTS FEES ***

Coronado Athletics/Business Office Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm.

All 2025-2026 registrations will be online; please keep a hard copy of your athlete's physical to upload during the registration process.

Please be sure to have a current physical form before the first day of practice uploaded to your Arbiter account to insure you will be able to participate.

Having trouble getting an appointment with your doctor? You can get a sports physical at any Urgent Care or Little Clinic (King Soopers). No appointment is necessary. Check each location for times of availability. Make sure you bring with you the new CHSAA Physical Forms to be filled out. The link is below to download and print.

D11 Physical Form - New Physical Form that must be used. If you are getting a physical for your child starting May 2024, this new physical form is the one that needs to be used. We will NOT ACCEPT the Doctors forms or previous D11 physical forms starting in the 2024-25 school year. If you have a current physical on file, that physical is fine, but once it expires and you need to get a new one, the new physical form needs to be used.

Please print and upload only Page 4 of the Physical to your student's Arbiter account once signed by the Physician. Make sure the bottom of Page 4 of the Physical is signed by the student and parent/guardian. The first three pages are yours or your physicians to keep.

After Completing the online registration and uploading a current physical you will receive a confirmation email from the Athletic Office
Pick up your child's blue emergency card and clearance card from the Athletic Office.
Athletes will give the Clearance Card and the Blue Card to their Coach on the day of tryouts. They will not be able to participate on the 1st day of tryouts/practice without the clearance card & blue card.

Eligibility

After you register your student(s) online, the Athletic Office will check athletic eligibility.

Scheduling a Physical

Transferring students or students who do not attend Coronado

ALL ATHLETES that have transferred and/or new to Coronado (grades 10-12), please contact Coronado's Athletic Director for additional information and transfers forms to be filled out prior to the start of the Fall Sports Season. These forms must be approved for eligibility by the league and CHSAA prior to the first contest.

Transfer Forms: If a Student-Athlete attends another High School within 365 days of participating in the sport of choice at Coronado, you must email our Athletic Director or Athletic Secretary to open up the Transfer. This MUST be done before the first day of practice.

Form 7: Student-Athletes who attend a school that does NOT offer sports of choice, please contact Coronado's Athletic Director, or the Athletic Secretary, for the form. This form must be signed by the student's school of attendance and returned PRIOR to the first day of practice.

If you have any further questions, please contact Coronado Athletic Director or Athletic Secretary. PLEASE NOTE: Student-Athletes can come in during both lunches to get online registration help. Parents, please don't hesitate to come into the Athletic Office if you need a little extra help getting registration completed. Walking in office hours are 7:30am - 3pm.

D11 Physical Form - Page 4 of this document is the only page that needs to be uploaded to the Arbiter Online Sports account on the Physical Page.
