Coronado ended the high school wrestling season with 3 state medalists!

110 Jessica Farmer - 6th Place 132 Alan Cruz - 4th Place 144 Luke Diehl - 5th Place   Raegan Mitchell, Andre Cruz, Alex Hermosillo, and Matt Lucero were all one match away from placing top six in the state.   The boy's team finished 13th place.

Westside Middle Schools had a great showing at the 2022 D11 Wrestling Classic!   Congratulations go out to Holmes and West Middle School Wrestling. Both teams crowned 5 Champions at this year's D11 Wrestling Classic!

The future of Coronado Wrestling is looking bright. 2022 State Tournament Results Congratulations to Candice Brickell for taking 4th Place, making her a 3X State Placer for Coronado!   Congratulations to all of the Coronado state qualifiers. Andre Cruz, Luke Diehl, Alex Hermosillo, Marissa Rosario, Jessica Farmer and Candice Brickell.

Coronado Qualifies 6 Wrestlers for State!

Congratulations to everyone that competed at regionals last weekend. We had 8 placers from Coronado. Congrats! 6 qualifiers for State this week. Good Luck! Time to do work!

January 29th Wrestling Results The girls took 2nd place as a team at the Discovery Canyon Dual Tournament. Candice Brickell and Jessica Farmer went undefeated on the day.   The varsity boys placed 7th as a team at the Thomas Jefferson Invite. Ty Leonard was a finalist taking 2nd place, Cade Wynia and Luke Plaisted 5th place, Daniel Garcia and Luke Diehl 6th place.   The JV boys went to Pueblo County. Thomas Holt placed 3rd, Anthony Griess placed 4th, and Brendon Vollin placed 2nd.
