Cougars Gone Wired is headed to St. Louis for the International Championships based on their performance at the Colorado Regional: Cougars Gone Wired won the Regional Chairman’s Award at the Colorado regional event. "The Regional Chairman’s Award honors the team that, in the judges’ estimation, best represents a model for other teams to emulate, and which embodies the goals and purposes of FIRST.  It is the most prestigious award presented at this regional competition.” 
The robot did rather well ending the qualifying rounds as the #3 seed and heading up an alliance which did not lose until the finals against a power house alliance which had two regional winners from this season on the same alliance.  Our robot and drive team ended in second place for the Colorado regional.
